The installation Melfoufa, which signifies spooled, is comprised of 495 small volumes of wound black plastic string. These small volumes, which the artist also calls melfoufa, are presented in a five series of 99 pieces hung with iron wire along a wall at eye-level, so that it is possible to slide them like the beads of a rosary.
