Khasla is an in situ installation on the gallery floor and plunged into darkness. The artwork is made with dry pastel drawings that take up the flower motif that is dear to Younes Rahmoun. Inside of ten circles, each of which is the same size and which are placed so as to form another, bigger circle, ten colorful flowers bloom, each presenting a number of different petals that vary from three to eight. Conical forms made from black cardboard enclose the light sources and are installed in order to illuminate the circle of each flower.
