Skies, Lands, Seas, Fires: An Atlas of Metamorphoses
To Sunday, Nov 29, 2026
From 11 July to 29 November 2026, Younes Rahmoun joins artist Sara Ouhaddou in Skies, Lands, Seas, Fires: An Atlas of Metamorphoses, a group exhibition curated by Véronique Collard-Bovy at the Centre d’Art Contemporain de Châteauvert, France.
Bringing together two artistic practices rooted in craftsmanship, spirituality, and cultural transmission, the exhibition explores the Mediterranean as a living territory of transformation. Through the symbolic elements of sky, land, sea, and fire, the works trace connections between memory, ritual, materials, and contemporary creation, revealing a landscape shaped by movement, exchange, and shared histories.
By reinterpreting ancestral gestures and vernacular knowledge, Sara Ouhaddou and Younes Rahmoun invite visitors to experience the Mediterranean as an ever-evolving space where tradition and the present continually meet and transform one another.
